概述

表面处理智能装备关键技术及应用主要服务于航空航天、海洋工程及高技术船舶、先进轨道交通、节能与新能源汽车、电力、农机等。通过表面处理智能装备的研发,进行机械关键零部件表面强化、减摩抗磨处理、除锈清理、涂装、防护等,解决零部件表面的磨损、腐蚀、锈蚀等问题。该方向经过近年来不断的发展和积累,逐渐确立了以激光加工、抛喷丸处理、冷热喷涂技术及表面改性研究等高新技术产业为主的研究领域。
